In the year 2008, MTC, affiliated to the Government of Tamil Nadu, bought 1000+ buses for public service in and around Chennai. The buses are of new style and attractive. The only disadvantage of the buses are that they’re major body is made up of plastics, easily damagable. The seats of the buses are also made up of plastics which is now broken and damaged to a most. The core part of the buses are also damaged by the unskilled mechanics and drivers. The scene is not different with the conductors, they too follow the same suit of behavior. The ticket vending machine, given to the conductors, is also damaged to some extent. Is there any public questioning on it??
